Kelly has taken great pride in furthering her post-graduate education in the field of trauma. She is Level I & Level II EMDR trained and she is a Certified Trauma Specialist from the National Institute of Trauma and Loss in Children (TLC). Heather brings 17 years of both individual and group clinical experience to Evolve. Heather is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor & Certified in EMDR. Her primary focus has been working with those affected by trauma, addiction, emotional/life stressors, major mental health challenges and parenting issues.
Heather has 7 years of clinical management experience and is a Certified Clinical Supervisor. She is passionate about helping others achieve a satisfying and fulfilling life. Working primarily with older adolescents and adults of all ages, Candice works primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral approach but also incorporates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Mindfulness techniques. She has a special interest in working with the university population and understands the unique challenges facing students and faculty/staff. Pride is taken in offering client-centered, collaborative mental health care that is respectful of holistic and natural approaches to symptom relief.
Candice graduated with high honor from Michigan State University obtaining a BA in psychology. She continued her graduate studies in clinical social work at Michigan State University, again graduating with high honor and earning her Master's in Clinical Social Work in 2005. Candice has pursued additional post-graduate training in OCD treatment using Exposure and Response Prevention through the International OCD Foundation. Candice is the Clinical director of the Evolve Okemos location and her clinical work is based in Okemos.

Sarah Crowgey, LMSW is a strength-based clinical social worker with a wealth of professional experience. She has worked with the child welfare system, community mental health organizations, and in-home mental health services. She works with clients and their families to explore past or current traumas, identify feelings and behaviors, develop attainable goals and assist in overcoming life stressors.
Sarah shares her experience in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and is able to provide support to those who have experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse, domestic violence and other traumatic life events.
