Kelly Riley, LMSW, CCS

Kelly Riley, LMSW specializes in the treatment of trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, mood disorders, ADD/ADHD and family challenges.  Working primarily with adolescents and adults. Kelly uses treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness techniques.  Kelly works from an ecological, client-centered perspective.

As an Honor graduate with a BA in psychology from Michigan State University, Kelly continued her graduate studies in the Clinical Social Work program at Michigan State University.  Kelly graduated with High Honor from her graduate program, earning her Master's in Clinical Social Work and a certificate in Clinical Social Work with Families in 2005.  Kelly has taken great pride in furthering her post-graduate education in the field of trauma.  She is Level I & Level II EMDR trained and she is a Certified Trauma Specialist from the National Institute of Trauma and Loss in Children (TLC). Additionally, Kelly is a Certified Clinical Supervisor and has provided clinical supervision since 2008.

Heather brings 17 years of both individual and group clinical experience to Evolve.  Heather is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor & Certified in EMDR. Her primary focus has been working with those affected by trauma, addiction, emotional/life stressors, major mental health challenges and parenting issues.

Heather has 7 years of clinical management experience and is a Certified Clinical Supervisor. She is passionate about helping others achieve a satisfying and fulfilling life. She strongly believes that we are strong individuals capable of producing our own exceptional voyages. Heather's treatment modalities build on individual strengths and empowerment, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Self in Relation Theory, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Eastern Michigan University.  Heather has completed post-graduate Level I and Level II EMDR trauma training.

Jennifer Ross-Music, LMSW

Jennifer Ross-Music, LMSW specializes in working with Tweens, Adolescents, Families and Adults who may be experiencing  relationship challenges, adjustment issues,  depression, anxiety, trauma and executive dysfunction; Jenn also provides parenting support and skill-building.  Jennifer is a person-centered, solution-focused therapist with extensive experience utilizing  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing strategies and trauma-focused interventions.  Her primary goal when working with individuals and families is to facilitate trusting relationships, empowering clients to make positive change toward wellness.

Jennifer graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan, with a BA in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work.  Jennifer has been working directly with clients for two decades and has pursued post-graduate training in Juvenile Justice intervention/diversion, Substance Abuse Prevention, Chronic Pain Management, LGBTQ+, Sexual Wellness, Relationship Development, Autism and ADHD.  Jennifer has provided over 10 years of both case-management support and clinical supervision for practitioners, as well as undergraduate and graduate students.

Nadine Bye, LPC

Nadine Bye, MA, LPC specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, relationship challenges, adjustment issues, adult ADD/ADHD assessment and treatment, parenting, food and nutrition challenges & stress management. Working with adolescents and adults, Nadine is a strengths-based therapist who draws upon her expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to customize interventions to meet the needs of her clients.
 
Nadine believes in creating a strong therapeutic alliance, instilling hope and quickly identifying achievable objectives. Nadine believes in utilizing evidence-based practices, maximizing out-of-session change opportunities and facilitating treatment adherence to best serve the client. Emphasis is placed on non-judgmental treatment, compassion and the mind-body connection with all of her clients.
 
Nadine obtained her BS in Psychology from Madonna University and completed her Master’s degree in Counseling from Spring Arbor University, receiving high honor in both programs. Nadine continues to strengthen her professional skills through post-graduate training in trauma therapy, treatment of personality disorders and holistic interventions.

Molly Bartley, LLMSW

Molly Bartley, LLMSW is a strengths-based, relationship-focused therapist, passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate life’s challenges and improve their quality of life. Molly specializes in treating anxiety, trauma, ADD/ADHD, life transitions, academic struggles, and support with challenging peer or family dynamics.

With a background in both academic and clinical settings, Molly brings a unique perspective to her work. She has provided case management and counseling services to teens and their parents, supported high school students with IEPs in developing workplace readiness, and guided seniors through college and career planning. Molly also offers effective parenting support tailored to each family’s needs.

Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT and mindfulness. Molly is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow and thrive.

Molly earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Michigan State University and is proud to bring her skills and compassion to the team at Evolve.

Celine Klecker, LPC, CAADC

Celine Klecker, LPC, CAADC specializes in working with adults, families and adolescents affected by addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder and anger management.  She is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Addictions specialist who recognizes that therapy can be challenging and uncomfortable at times so she works to establish trusting relationships, allowing clients to feel safe and secure. 

Celine brings over 20 years of clinical experience with extensive knowledge in working all age groups.  She has been practicing EMDR since 2019 and obtained her Trauma Specialist Certification from Healing the Inside Child in 2011.  Celine draws from EMDR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, DBT skills and mindfulness practices to create treatment plans that best serve her client's needs. 

Celine graduated with honors from Capella University in 2009 with a Master’s of Science in Human Services, specialty in mental health.  She earned her Addiction Specialist Certification in 2010.  Celine takes pride in continuously increasing her knowledge in psychotherapy models and techniques to increase her ability to serve clients in the best way possible.

Valerie Jones, LPC, CAADC is an experienced behavioral health professional with an established record of excellence in both direct clinical practice and supervisory roles.  Valerie is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor with 20+  years of experience in the mental health field; she has specialized in working with clients impacted by substance use disorders and mental health challenges for over 14 years.  Valerie is passionate about providing a safe, non-judgemental space that both creates hope and facilitates healing.

Valerie currently works with adults and families experiencing a range of issues including addiction, depression, anxiety, stress management, family conflicts, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, and co-occurring disorders. Valerie's primary treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing practices. Valerie Valerie also offers faith-based counseling services upon request, respecting each client's unique beliefs and needs.

Valerie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hillsdale College; she earned her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University in Phoenix, AZ.  Valerie furthered her post-graduate education in addictions and earned her Certified Advanced Addiction & Drug Counselor Certification.

Alexander Calvert, LMSW is dedicated to empowering adolescents, young adults, and adults to overcome life’s challenges. With expertise in treating anxiety, depression, attention difficulties, Acute Stress Disorder, PTSD, life transitions, and relational struggles, Alex creates a supportive, non-judgmental space for healing and personal growth.

Alex takes a holistic approach to therapy, integrating psycho-education and lifestyle changes to help clients break free from the socially-isolated, fast-paced, and high-stress environments many people navigate today. His therapy style is person-centered and strengths-based, focusing on building a strong therapeutic alliance. Alex draws on a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailoring his approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. With a deep commitment to helping clients heal and grow, Alex works collaboratively to help individuals navigate their challenges and build lasting resilience 

Alex earned his Bachelor’s degree in History & Political Science from Hope College. He earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Wayne State University, with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Studies. He has extensive clinical training in in-patient psychiatric programs, residential substance abuse treatment, partial hospitalization settings, and community mental health. Alex is has completed post-graduate Level I and Level II EMDR trauma training.

  Tracey Cook, LMSW

Tracey Cook, LMSW is a child and parenting specialist who brings over 18 years of expertise in working with young children and their families to Evolve.  Tracey has an extensive background in treating children & families who have experienced trauma. She also provides both assessment and treatment for behavioral issues, parenting challenges, parent-child relationship concerns, ADD/ADHD and anxiety in children. Tracey uses a strengths based, goal oriented approach when working with individuals and their families.  Having earned her infant Mental Health endorsement, Tracey also works with mothers who are experiencing post-partum adjustment challenges and children 3 and under.

Tracey believes that all therapy should take place in a warm, non-judgmental environment, where the parent and child should be validated and respected.  She works to create a strong, therapeutic rapport.  

Tracey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Michigan State University. She went on to further her education at Michigan State University,  completing her Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work degree with high honor.  Additionally, Tracey has completed a post-graduate certification in Child Parent Psychotherapy, a post-graduate endorsement in Infant Mental Health, and is trained in The Incredible Years, early-intervention model.

Betsy Pendleton, LMFT

Betsy Pendleton, LMFT specializes in working with couples, individuals, and families who are experiencing pain and disconnection. She works to strengthen her client's emotional awareness, increasing one's ability to feel seen and understood by their partner and those around them. She is passionate about helping clients dig deep into the problems that cause them pain, and she collaborates to create a treatment plan designed to eliminate or manage those challenges.

Betsy has extensive training in trauma informed therapy for both couples and individuals and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Emotionally Focused therapy is the gold standard for relationship therapy; this evidenced based treatment model has been clinically proven to reduce relational distress and to help facilitate secure adult attachment. Betsy also has specific expertise in premarital counseling and affair recovery. In your sessions with Betsy, you can expect to be listened to, valued, and understood.

Betsy completed her undergraduate studies in Human Sciences at Oklahoma State University in 2017. She went on to complete her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kansas State University in 2020. She furthered her education by completing post-graduate trainings in Family Systems Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and attachment based interventions.

Candice Carrasco, LMSW specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment challenges.  Working primarily with older adolescents and adults of all ages, Candice works primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral approach but also incorporates Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Mindfulness techniques.  She has a special interest in working with the university population and understands the unique challenges facing students and faculty/staff.  Pride is taken in offering client-centered, collaborative mental health care that is respectful of holistic and natural approaches to symptom relief.  

Candice graduated with high honor from Michigan State University obtaining a BA in psychology.  She continued her graduate studies in clinical social work at Michigan State University, again graduating with high honor and earning her Master's in Clinical Social Work in 2005.  Candice has pursued additional post-graduate training in OCD treatment using Exposure and Response Prevention through the International OCD Foundation.

SARAH CROWGEY, LMSW

Sarah Crowgey, LMSW is a strength-based clinical social worker with a wealth of professional experience.  She has worked with the child welfare system, community mental health organizations, and in-home mental health services.  She works with clients and their families to explore past or current traumas, identify feelings and behaviors, develop attainable goals and assist in overcoming life stressors. 

Sarah shares her experience in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques and is able to provide support to those who have experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse, domestic violence and other traumatic life events.  Sarah has experience working with a wide range of mental health diagnoses and uses her skills in assisting individuals with developing new coping mechanisms. At your first visit you can expect to meet with Sarah and begin building a therapeutic relationship, developing the goals and areas you wish to focus. 

Sarah pursued her graduate education at Michigan State University graduating in 2005.
